Shipping and Return Policy
In our experience, and given the type of product we're shipping, Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service is still the most economical (and fastest) way to get your goodies to you. As of April 2017, the U.S.P.S. raised their rates once again - and ours had to go up as well. Our shipping rates vary based on the weight of your order - from $7.15 up to $37.50 depending on what you've purchased (and how much it weighs), and we vow to moniter that formula and those rates closely and constantly - be sure to keep an eye out for specials on shipping! Every effort is taken to package your items tightly but safely, and we will refund excess shipping charges where we can.
Charges are as follows:
Up to 1.50 lbs: $7.15
1.51 lbs up to 5 lbs: $10.00
5.01 lbs up to 10 lbs: $17.93
10.01 lbs up to 28 lbs: $37.50
If you think you need more than that, send us an email.
We use packing materials recycled from what our suppliers use to ship to us, which often includes recycled "peanuts". We also use bubble wrap to keep our glass products safe.
We've got friends all over the world!! We have now shipped to A.P.O.'s, Canada, the Ukraine, Australia, Germany and a great friend in Ireland who buys our products to sell at craft fairs. If you live outside the US and would like to place an order, the way to do it is send us an email with a list of everything you want (firstname.lastname@example.org). When we know what you want, we'll calculate shipping to your location and send you an invoice from PayPal that you can pay directly!
We realize that a product you purchased online may not be exactly what you were looking for. Although we are confident you will enjoy our home made products, we do offer you a simple return policy. We have a 7 day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in it's original condition within 7 days of receipt of the item, and we will send you a full refund. You must notify us that you are returning an item prior to sending it back. Buyer pays return shipping.
